Hip Drop

Stand with one leg straight (but not locked), the other leg should be slightly bent at the knee

Lift your hip straight up

Lift hip

Lift your hip straight up

Drop your hip straight down

Hip drop

After lifting the hip, drop it down

Then shift your weight to the other side so you can do it there.  Watch the following video to see it in action:
